Hello, Link Community!
My name is MacKenzie Murphy, and I am excited to be joining Link Elementary as Assistant Principal for the 2026–2027 school year! This will be my fourth year as an Assistant Principal in District 54. Prior to moving into administration, I taught first, fifth, and sixth grades and served as a district-level instructional coach.
Outside of school, I enjoy spending time with my husband, family, and friends. I also love reading, baking, and spending time outside.
I am looking forward to getting to know the students, staff, and families that make Link such a special community. I will be at Link on Wednesdays, Fridays, and every other Tuesday, so please be sure to say hello when you see me around the building!
