It was wonderful seeing so many families yesterday for our Meet the Teacher Event! We are excited for our 1st-6th grade students to arrive on Monday (August 17) for the first day of school. The school day officially begins at 8:40AM, so plan on arriving between 8:25 and 8:35AM each day. Dismissal is at 3:00PM every day, except for Wednesdays when we dismiss 30 minutes earlier at 2:30PM. Kindergarten students will begin on Monday, August 24 and follow the same schedule.
Students will be lining up outside with their teachers on the first day of school. Teachers will be spread out across the blacktop and field next to the playground. If you are dropping your child off during the school year, please pull in to the second entrance on West Glenn Trail and follow the cones. You can stay in your car as your child exits and walks to the building. We’ll have staff members assisting students each morning. If you would prefer to park and walk your child to their line, please find a parking spot on West Glenn Trail. We ask that you pay attention to the street signs and crosswalks, as some areas have restricted parking.
