Here at Link, we love fostering a global mindset rooted in acts of service.  We are very excited to share that we will once again be partnering with the organization Feed My Starving Children to pack meals for children around the world.  They have invited all of our 3rd-6th grade students to kick off a special event called Harvest of Hope on Friday, September 30 from 10:30-12:00.  We will be traveling to the Now Arena for this field trip, where they will have the main floor set up with the necessary items for us to pack as many meals as we can.  
 
There are two ways that you can partner with us for this exciting opportunity:

Donations: Support our field trip by donating $5 or more to help cover the cost of busing.   Any donations over the cost of busing will go directly to FMSC to further their impact.  To donate, follow these steps:

• Log on to Infinite Campus Parent Portal
• Select: School Store ->Link School Store -> Feed My Starving Children 
• Select Recipient to make a donation in your child’s name.
• Add the total donation where it says Pay.
• You can also donate cash or check (made out to Link Elementary School 

Volunteer: Parents of 3rd-6th graders are invited to join us on the field trip on Friday, September 30.  If you are interested in helping us pack meals and chaperoning the field trip, sign up here.
